A keynote that leaves the room owning something.
Justin doesn't just speak — he challenges rooms. Every engagement is direct, high-energy, and built to leave people thinking differently about who they are and what they're capable of.

You need a speaker who earns the room and serves the event.
You have seen the two failure modes. The speaker who entertains and leaves nothing behind, and the speaker who has substance but cannot hold a room after lunch.
You need someone your audience will actually listen to, whose message connects to why you gathered them in the first place, and whose booking you can defend to the committee that approves it.

You will know exactly what the audience walks out with before you sign anything.

What Does Your Life Prove?
From Intention to Evidence
Hard To Replace™ promises to help you build the strength to carry responsibility, the usefulness to create real value, and the trust to make everything around you stronger.
The core idea
Everyone has goals. But life, work, and leadership are experienced through evidence: the standards we protect, the systems we repeat, and the value we create.
In this interactive keynote, Justin challenges audiences to stop measuring themselves by intention and start building the habits, reliability, and ownership that earn trust.
It is not a temporary motivational spike. Every experience uses story, reflection, practical frameworks, and audience participation to turn insight into a measurable next action.
Do not chase being noticed. Become worth noticing.
Audiences leave able to
- See the gapIdentify where daily evidence conflicts with stated goals.
- Separate the threeDistinguish goals, standards, and systems — and know which one is failing.
- Choose one thingPick a single high-leverage responsibility to own.
- Leave with a commitmentName one specific Next Brick™ they can place immediately.
Justin will tailor these to your audience and your theme during the pre-event call.

Event planner questions
What does Justin need from us?
A clear picture of the audience, the theme of the event, and what you want people to do differently afterward. Practically: a wired or wireless lavalier or handheld mic, a confidence monitor or clear sightline to the screen, and a run of show. Full technical requirements are provided on confirmation.
Will the keynote be customized to our event?
Yes. The core message stays intact — that is what you are booking — but the framing, examples, and language are adapted to your audience and your theme in a pre-event call.
Is this appropriate for a mixed audience, not just leaders?
Yes. The message applies to anyone whose contribution matters, at any level. In mixed rooms it tends to work better than leadership-only content, because it gives everyone the same standard rather than dividing the room into people who lead and people who are led.
Do you speak virtually?
Yes. Every mission in the Hard To Replace™ Learning System has a virtual edition built for it — not a slide deck pointed at a webcam. The exercises, pacing, and participation are reworked for a screen, because a room and a video call do not behave the same way.
What are your fees?
Fees depend on format, location, travel, and what else is included — a workshop, bulk books, or follow-up coursework changes the picture. Tell us the date and the scope in your inquiry and you will get a straight number, not a range.
How far in advance should we book?
Earlier is better for a specific date, but ask regardless — if the date is open, it is open. Send it and you will get a direct answer.
Have a date in mind?
Send it along with your audience and what you need the talk to accomplish. You will get a straight answer on fit and availability.
